We collect the minimum to run the product, we never sell your data, and we never use your documents to train any model. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Your email address (to sign you in). The documents and questionnaires you upload, and the answers generated from them. Basic usage records (runs, timestamps) needed to operate the service. We do not require a password.
Only to provide the service: to answer your questionnaires from your own evidence and let you review, approve, and export them. We do not use your documents or answers to train any AI model, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Answers are generated using Cloudflare Workers AI. The model is shown only the short evidence excerpts selected for a single question — never your whole documents — and inputs are not used to train models.
Cloudflare (hosting, compute, storage, AI inference) and Resend (transactional sign-in email). We require subprocessors to protect your data and notify you before adding a new one.
You control retention. You can delete all of your data at any time from your account and receive a signed deletion receipt; deletion removes your documents, answers, and files. We also honor deletion requests sent to us.
Single-tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, passwordless authentication, and hardened processing. See our Security page for detail.
Depending on where you live (incl. GDPR/CCPA), you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email us to exercise any right. For EU/UK customers we act as a data processor and offer a DPA on request.
We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
